1.DOWNLOAD THIS: https://goo.gl/X4Bspr
2.EXTRACT IT INTO Bards Tale GAME FOLDER!
3.START Texmod.exe

4.Theres BIG a YELLOW folder icon ON THE TOP, select that, than press Browse...
BROWSE the The Bard's Tale.exe, and select it.

5.Theres SMALL a YELLOW folder icon ON THE MIDDLE, select that, than press Browse...
BROWSE the XBOX.tpf file, and select it.

6.PRESS RUN, TO RUN THE GAME WITH THE MOD!

WARNING!
-I MADE THIS FOR THE 'GOG.COM" VERSION OF THE GAME, ITS MIGHT NOT WORK WITH THE 4CD-PIRATED-CRACKED VERSION!
-TEXMOD IS NOT A VIRUS! MKAY?
-NOT EVERY ICON IS REPLACED SO FAR, ONLY THE BASIC ONES!
